Prior to starting Lawrence & Associates, Shaun worked for a large regional firm where he developed an expertise working exclusively with individuals and small businesses. He was fortunate enough to gain extensive knowledge in both tax and accounting services. Shaun takes a very proactive approach and uses his knowledge of both sides of the equation to help his clients. Shaun has extensive experience in tax and transaction planning including stock options, tax-deferred exchanges, retirement planning, entity selection, among others. His accounting service clients have worked in a range of industries including construction, professional service, retail, insurance, manufacturing, wholesale/distribution, real estate, among others.
Shaun Lawrence is a Certified Public Accountant in both California and Washington. He graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Accounting.
When Shaun is out of the office he enjoys playing hockey and softball for local community teams, and spending time with his family. Shaun is an active member in his community and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
